YUMIDORI
JAPANESE RESTAURANT IN CHAMONIX
Japanese cuisine in Chamonix
We love
Yumidori because the Japanese dishes are made with passion and perfectionism
Chamonix chef Jérémi Seguda is the world sushi vice-champion (World Sushi Cup Tokyo 2024), so you know the food is top notch!
Originality meets flavor, and it's gone in one bite!
What is the menu at this Japanese restaurant?
- All dishes are made on site using fresh ingredients.
- Sauces, marinades...
- The expertise of this judge at the French and European sushi championships makes it a point of honor to cook with his team:
- Hot and cold bowls
- Japanese curries
- Gluten-free sushi
- Vegan sushi
- Udon noodles
- Gourmet desserts (tiramisu, tapioca pearls, cheesecake, etc.)
In the interests of transparency, only the mochi and seaweed salads are not homemade.
Eat in or take away !
Yumidori can be enjoyed on site, in the lovely dining room upstairs, on the terrace near the bamboo trees, with your eyes fixed on Mont Blanc, or at home if you order and pick up your meal.
When I feel like treating myself to sushi or Japanese food, I go for Yumidori dishes, which are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat!
