Summer's almost here, and yes, already!

So, after stocking up on cheese to brave the cold, it's time to face the cold to get rid of it! (But why did I eat so many Savoyard specialties?)

After a weigh-in and precise measurements, the lovely team at JFG Clinic will give you a personalized program.

The treatment alternates between cryotherapy and pressotherapy every 15 days for 3 or 6 months. It's really not tiring, and what's more, you don't sweat!

1️⃣ Cryotherapy involves 42 minutes lying down, with a device that delivers a thermal shock to the area you want to treat. The fat cells are crystallized and therefore destroyed.

2️⃣ Next, you need to drain the toxins, hence the 40-minute pressotherapy session and plenty of hydration. Pressotherapy compresses from the bottom up to boost lymphatic and blood circulation. The goal: to feel good in your body and confidently show off your beautiful swimsuit. (And goodness knows we don't all have the same ones!)
