What could be better than a tapas bar to bring the gang of friends together? Peck in everyone’s dishes, share … All this in relaxed mode, happiness! But if “you don’t have” the right address, no tapas. OK, I’ll let you know, this is La Luna, in Les Houches, in the Chamonix valley.
A tapas bar to win the moon!
Discreet, I discovered this place almost by accident, and what a great pick! At the gates of Servoz, nestled in the completely renovated La Fontaine hotel, Marion welcomes you with sincerity. You can tell she loves people, talks to them, and this spirit of sharing is reflected in her kitchen. Fresh products, homemade, and above all originality.
With the friends, we invade a large table and being unable to decide on the choice of tapas, we order a little of everything. Quesadillas, tartiflette cromesquis, chorizo casserole, cheese & charcuterie board, toast of the moment, Savoyard tapas… The whole menu goes there! It must be said that the price-quality ratio is exceptional! All this washed down with Mont-Blanc beer or a house cocktail.
Ideal with children
esides the delicious tapas, La Luna is the place to be if you want to have a good evening when your children are in the “I can’t keep still” age. A foosball match for the more athletic or a game of Mario, on the legendary Super Nintendo made available for geeks and you have peace! I might sound like an unworthy mother, but the truth is, I am giving them as much pleasure as I am going to La Luna!
Small extras: the Hôtel de la Fontaine has a large car park, a view of Mont-Blanc and a really nice bar area.
