The platters are mainly made up of organic and natural products as well as wild or responsibly farmed fish.

Prepared on demand by the no less double French vice-champion of sushi, Jérémi Séguda, his platters are always a true work of art! As beautiful as they are good!

In Taconnaz, at Artisan Sushi, during opening hours between 4.30 p.m. and 8 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive.
