  • New in Chamonix, Breizh Café the creperie that is revolutionizing pancakes and galettes!


  • The Breizh Café, founded by Bertrand Larcher, has several establishments in France and Japan.

  • From Paris to Brittany, via Biarritz, Megève, and even Tokyo, Breizh crêperies all have one thing in common:


  • The galettes are made from 100% organic IGP Brittany buckwheat, stone-ground for 9 hours and certified gluten-free.



From farm to plate:



  • Many ingredients and derivative products come from their own farm: LA FERME BREIZH CAFÉ - Located in Saint-Coulomb, between Cancale and Saint-Malo. It covers 11 hectares where buckwheat and more than 1,000 apple trees are planted.


  • This expertise really makes a difference in the taste, but also in the restaurant's footprint.


  • The entire Breizh Café team is very knowledgeable about the history of the establishment, the ingredients, the subtleties of flavors... Very professional!
  • I was even amazed to meet a cider sommelier!
